Busses will depart at 12:00pm from:
- UFRJ-IMA (Instituto de Macromoléculas - Ilha do Fundão, RJ)
- International Airport (Galeão/ Antonio Carlos Jobim)
- Santos Dumont Airport (domestic)

HOTEL DO FRADE - RIO DE JANEIRO (MAY 6th):
Busses will leave Hotel do Frade at 03:00pm to:
- International Airport (Galeão/ Antonio Carlos Jobim) - 6:00pm estimated arrival time
- Santos Dumont Airport (domestic) - 7:00pm estimated arrival time


ATTENTION

The Opening Session of the Meeting is scheduled for May 2nd, at 05:00pm
followed by two Plenary Lectures.


PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS TO
PLAN YOUR FLIGHTS TO AND FROM RIO DE JANEIRO

 

1) Congress participants arriving at the International Airport, Rio de Janeiro (Galeão/Antonio Carlos Jobim) should go to National Arrivals of Terminal 1 and 2 where a congress hostess will be waiting carrying a poster with the name of the event. The Congress busses are scheduled to leave the International Airport, Rio de Janeiro (Galeão / Antonio Carlos Jobim) at 12:00pm;

2) Congress participants arriving at the domestic Santos Dumont Airport, Rio de Janeiro, should meet a congress hostess at the INFRAERO Information Counter of the airport. The Congress busses are scheduled to leave Santos Dumont Airport at 12:00pm;

3) If you will be already in Rio on MAY 2th you have to direct yourself to the nearest shuttle service starting point (UFRJ-IMA, Santos Dumont Airport or Galeão/International Airport).

4) Busses will depart from Hotel do Frade to Rio de Janeiro Airports´ on Friday, May 6th, 2011, at 03:00pm. They are scheduled to arrive at the International Airport at 06:00pm and the Santos Dumont Airport at 07:00pm;

5) INVITED SPEAKERS DO NOT NEED TO FILL REGISTRATION FORM TO SHUTTLE SERVICE;

6) If you want to use the shuttle transportation to the Hotel do Frade, the final deadline for sending Registration Form Shuttle Service to the e-mails above is APRIL 15th, 2011.

ANGRA DOS REIS - RIO DE JANEIRO:
5:00AM to 7:00PM (daily, 01 hour intervals); 08:40PM and 10:40PM

RIO DE JANEIRO – PARATI:
Daily 04:00 AM; 06:00AM; 08:00AM; 10:00AM; 12:00PM; 02:00PM; 04:00PM; 06:00PM; 08:00PM and 09:00PM

PARATI - RIO DE JANEIRO:

ATTENTION

The busses with destination in Parati city (THE BEST OPTION) pass by Hotel do Frade, Angra dos Reis. The busses with destination in Angra dos Reis city DO NOT PASS by Hotel do Frade, going straight to Angra downtown. In this case you will need to take a taxi or a local bus to Hotel do Frade.

ATENÇÃO

SOMENTE OS ÔNIBUS COM DESTINO À PARATI PASSAM EM FRENTE AO HOTEL DO FRADE, EM ANGRA DOS REIS. Os ônibus com destino à Angra dos Reis vão direto à cidade de Angra. Chegando lá você deverá pegar um táxi ou outro ônibus até o Hotel do Frade.
